Once you’ve customised your floorplan we go to work in our quality-controlled factory to bring your vision into reality.

Rather than the raw materials of your home being brought to your block and assembled on-site, open to the elements, your new PowerHouse Home only experiences rain, wind and sun when it’s delivered by road to your property.

Not only that, our factory setting ensures precision in all levels of construction. One company constructs your home, not dozens of tradespeople, so you can be assured of quality at all times.

Furthermore, the waste that usually occurs in homebuilding is kept to a minimum; we can recycle and reuse materials that are left-over from construction, ensuring your home has crossed a first environmental hurdle: minimising construction waste.

Delivering your home

PowerHouse Homes standardised supply-chain makes delivery from factory-floor to your land easy and stress-free.

Each of our modular steel blocks is a standard height, width and depth to ensure they can ship using standard methods.

The advantage to you is you’re guaranteed your home will be delivered to your door, on-time, in great condition and without hassle.

Final Construction

Final construction of your PowerHouse Home takes place on your property, and needs only a road to drive our trucks along, utilities to be pre-laid, and the pouring of cement stumps.

Then the steel blocks are craned into place and fitted together.

You get the keys and you can move-in immediately.
